We just moved into our new kitchen space! It's all coming together - after weeks of dedication and elbow grease, the kitchen is safe and ready for baking. Just in time for summer, fresh hamburger buns are right around the corner. Click here for photos!

We are just about a month away from moving into our commercial kitchen space; words cannot express our excitement! We hope to be in production by the end of May, if not sooner. Stay tuned for more information coming on when/where you'll be able to find our products. We'll post a few more photos on our facebook page once we get settled in.
We are so thankful for the countless ways everything seem to be falling into place - it's proving that this was truly meant to be!

We premiered our "Better Buns" at this years' annual "Time to Market" showcase held at the Food Innovation Center in Portland, Oregon. The response to the product was overwhelmingly positive!
Over one-hundred folks strolled through the array of various vendors, sampling and chatting. For three hours we talked to people about our passion to produce a tasty gluten free bread product, and we heard countless stories about how difficult it is to find good gluten free bread. It's amazing how many people have a gluten-intolerance problem, or know someone who does; this makes it all the more satisfying to know that our customers are as eager to enjoy our products as we are to provide them!
