Now that our "Better Buns" hamburger and sandwich buns, and our "Multi-Grain and Seed" sandwich bread is out in stores and restaurants, we can turn our attention to some other products we have in the development pipeline.
Planned for the end of summer:
- A "lighter grain" bread "Debbie's Favorite Rustic" sandwich bread.
- Individually packed cookies to include Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Cranberry, and Vegan Chocolate Chocolate Chip.
Target Date Fall of 2010:
- French/Italian style mini loaf ~ par baked for restaurant or home.
For the start of Major League Soccer at PGE Park in April 2011:
- The world's best Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns!
With Intro Times still to be determined:
- Sesame Seed Hamburger Bun
- Hoagie or Submarine Sandwich bun
- Soup or Salad Croutons
- Soft Breadsticks
- Seasoned Stuffing Cubes (holiday item)
- Christmas Cookie Assortment (holiday item)
Eventual expansion could lead to a dessert line including cheesecake, muffins, cakes, pies, and sweet rolls.
