Jensen’s Bread and Bakeries produces a line of gluten free bread for distribution to the grocery and food service industry. Our products have the distinction of tasting as good as their wheat containing counterparts. Our company motto, "Bringing taste and quality to gluten free living" springs from our desire to produce products that are not only  appreciated by gluten intolerant consumers, but also appeal to their friends and family members.  

During our initial product development and testing, we were not satisfied with producing buns or bread that gluten intolerant testers said tasted "pretty good for gluten free." Our goal has been to create bread products that anyone can taste and say, "Wow, that’s great bread!"


Current Products:

Our full-sized 4-inch hamburger and sandwich bun is sturdy enough to stand up to the juiciest burger without crumbling. The wonderful flavor and springy texture will have your friends asking "are you sure these are gluten free?"

 Ingredients: Water, Potato Starch, Eggs, Cornstarch, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Canola Oil, Sugar, Dough Enhancer (Whey, Soy, Lecithin, Soy Tofu Powder, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Cider Vinegar Spice Blend, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Flavor), Expandex (Modified Tapioca Starch), Potato Flour, Sweet Dairy Whey, Gelatin Powder,Yeast, Dry Egg Whites, Xantham Gum, GuarGum,.Sorbic Acid  Contains: Milk, Eggs & Soy.
